The rain and wind detector is made up of a rain pick-up device, which is
sensitive to precipitation but is insensitive to the formation of dew or
moisture, and an oscillating pendulum wind sensor.

TRIGGER BOX FOR MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF THE ACTUATORS
It is ready for direct connection to the rain/wind detectors 1S50019-20-21. It directly
controls the 230V~ 50Hz actuators (consult the instructions furnished and, if necessary,
our technical-commercial department regarding the maximum controllable load). In the
case of 24V DC actuator control, it is necessary to set up a power supply source outside
the trigger box. It also accepts a thermostat (of a type approved by Mingardi Magnetic)
and, in this case, it is possible to assign operational priorities to the rain/wind detectors
or to the thermostat, or to cut them both out through an internal selector.

EXPANSION MODULE (QMCM)
The QMCM module was made to expand the control capacity of the trigger box 1S50022. Each
QMCM lets you connect up to 4 actuators, and there are no theoretical limits as to the
number of QMCMs that can be connected to the trigger box. Nonetheless, we recommend you
get in touch with our technical-commercial department for quantities greater than 20 QMCMs.
The QMCM module also lets you install an independent push button for operating all of the
actuators connected to it simultaneously, or one independent push button for each actuator
connected to it. We recommend you contact our technical-commercial department before using
these two options.
