S1 24V=     Control Accessories

LOW-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

1S50001
CONTROL TRIGGER BOX FOR TYPE S1 24V DC ACTUATORS (to be fitted out with two batteries: 1S50012 or 1S50013)

Permits centralised operation of the window frames that are connected to it, up to a maximum number of ten S1 actuators. Equipped with storage batteries that are buffer-recharged, it can make several movements even in the absence of motive power. It is equipped with three push buttons for manual control: Stop, Opening and Closing, with instant operation or with timed operation at adjustable lengths of time, and relative pilot lamps. It can be used in different configurations. The simplest has two motor drive lines having 2 conductors each (FIG.5) with which only centralised control is possible. With two motor drive lines, each having 4 conductors, it is possible to have not only centralised control but also local control of each individual window frame by using a LOCAL CONTROL MODULE for each frame that you want to equip with this double possibility (FIG.2) It can be controlled from external remote push buttons or from sun, wind, rain, temperature, etc. detectors. It is equipped with pilot lamps that indicate the presence of the mains, battery recharge and intervention of the external detectors. It is built in a cabinet made of synthetic shock-resistant material with an IP 55 degree of protection and is equipped with a transparent front door that has a deadlatch which can be locked.
It is already set up so the smoke detection module can be put inside to transform it into the DETECTION AND CONTROL TRIGGER BOX.
Note: it can be used with other types of actuators operating at 24V DC.

1S50002
CONTROL + DETECTION TRIGGER BOX FOR TEN TYPE S1 24V DC ACTUATOR MOTORS (to be fitted out with two batteries: 1S50012 or 1S50013)

This box has the same main features as the 1S50001, and is equipped with the smoke evacuation module that can be connected to a maximum of 30 external smoke or temperature sensors (1S50004/1S50010) distributed on only one line, from which it receives the alarm signals, if any. It is equipped with an alarm push button, the relative pilot lamp and memory circuit, a key switch for turning it on and realigning it, and 2 pilot lamps showing the good functioning or fault conditions on the detection line. This latter condition, or the detection of a fire, can activate external signals (siren, automatic phone dial, notification to the fire department, etc.). Detection of a fire also elicits the opening of all frames connected to it, with the function of evacuating the smoke and ventilating the rooms under its control. These window frames can be either controlled only from the trigger box, whether manually or following an alarm, or can be also be equipped with local controls. Its construction and frame operation features are the same as those of the CONTROL TRIGGER BOX. Also this trigger box can be connected to wind and rain detectors through the 1S50018 interface. In the presence of this type of signal, the 1S50002 in any event continues to give priority to the signals coming from the smoke detectors and the alarm commands.

1S50025

SLAVE TRIGGER BOX FOR 10 MOTORS (type S1 without batteries, to fit out with two batteries: 1S50012 or 1S50013)

It has the same main features that the 1S50001 has. It must necessarily be connected to a 1S50001 or 1S50002 trigger box, and it feeds a maximum quantity of ten S1 actuators. It does not have any push buttons and exactly repeats the movements carried out by the main trigger box (1S50001 or 1S50002), whether the command is given by the operator manually or comes automatically from the detectors connected to the main trigger box. It must be equipped with buffer-recharged storage batteries and it can carry out several movements even in the absence of motive power. It is equipped only with operation pilot lamps (presence of mains voltage and battery charge). It feeds the actuators through two motor operation lines made up of two conductors each (FIG.5).
(FIG.2) It can be controlled by external remote push buttons or by sun, wind, rain, temperature, etc.

2099000300
SINGLE SAFETY POWER SUPPLY UNIT

This is a device that converts 230V~ mains current into 24V DC output and also provides polarity inversions to allow the actuators to operate in two directions. It was designed by following the latest safety standards. Since it involves double-insulation construction, it does not have the ground wire. It supplies sufficient current to feed one S1 24V DC actuator, and can also feed other types of 24V DC actuators.

2099000400
DOUBLE SAFETY POWER SUPPLY UNIT

This is a device that converts 230V~ mains current into 24V DC output and also provides polarity inversions to allow the actuators to operate in two directions. It was designed by following the latest safety standards. Since it involves double-insulation construction, it does not have the ground wire. It supplies sufficient current to feed two S1 24V DC actuators, and can also feed other types of 24V DC actuators - please get in touch with our technical-commercial department (FIG. 1.)

1S50003
BROKEN GLASS EMERGENCY COMMAND

Set off by the breaking of glass. Microswitch with NC/NA contact. Entrance of the cables is foreseen on the back of the box.

1S50004
OPTIC SMOKE DETECTOR - 2 WIRES

Compliant with the UNI EN 54 standards for TF 2 - TF 3 - TF 4 - TF 5 fires.
Power supply voltage: from 10 to 30 V DC, 2 wires.
Response time: 3 sec.
Ambient temperature: -10 + 60°C

1S50006
LOCAL/REMOTE MODULE

Electronic change-over switch with memory. It lets you control the window frame both locally and from the trigger box without danger of interferences and without operative blocks, which are otherwise possible due to the control module's bistable nature. The special memory device always gives priority to the centralised commands, whether generated manually or by smoke emergency, cancelling the local control module's action.

1S50007
SIGNALLING MODULE

Equipped with two luminous signallers, it shows the completely open and completely closed conditions of the window frame. It can optionally be used both in combination with local controls (control module) and in plants having only centralised control.

SMOKE EVACUATION MODULE

1S50018

INTERFACE CARD FOR RAIN AND WIND DETECTORS

It is installed on the 1S50001 or 1S50002 trigger boxes, and it analyses the signals coming from detectors and manages the closing commands according to the established priorities. On the 1S5001/2 trigger boxes, you can select the priority between the ambient temperature detector (thermostat) or the rain and wind detector by operating the relevant selector found on the interface card. The signal comes from the smoke detectors and the alarm controls having priority on any other signal in the 1S5002 trigger box.

1S50021

WIND AND RAIN DETECTOR

1S50019
WIND DETECTOR

1S50020
RAIN DETECTOR

The rain and wind detector is made up of a rain pick-up device, which is sensitive to precipitation but is insensitive to the formation of dew or moisture, and an oscillating pendulum wind sensor.
